Larry’s father started Armando Arcos in 1948, and the company is celebrating 70th year in Tampa, helping family and friends out of bad situations. Larry joined the business 1975 and has worked here ever since. He is now head of the Orient Road office and is proud of the fact that it is operated 24 hour/7 days a week to deliver full accessibility to people in need. Larry has two sons, who have worked with him for several years. He enjoys fishing and is very involved in charitable events such as fishing tournaments and serving as sponsors for various community organizations over the years. He is a member of the Rough Riders social and charity organization as well as Northwest Tampa Optimists Club and West Tampa Optimists Club.
Jon joined the family business in 2001, and is proud to serve those in need within his community. Like the rest of the family, he enjoys fishing and goes out whenever possible. Jon is married and has two sons of his own. He is the Vice President of the Dad’s Club at this sons’ elementary school, raising money for programs that serve the children. He started a fishing tournament fundraiser for the school and attends other events such as clay shooting.
Joe has been involved with the family business since 2005, having worked here since high school and throughout college. He completed 2 years of work in criminal justice at Tallahassee Community College and earned a BS in criminology at Florida State University. Next, Joe attended South Texas College of Law for two years before returning to the family business. He enjoys inshore and offshore fishing and is a second generation member of the Rough Riders.
